- AMAZING Drum Solo by John Butler Trio’s Michael Barker – Thanks to Tim for pointing this out. He does a cool trick where he tightens the drum heads by pressing hard with a stick and changes the pitch. Absolutely ridiculous.
- ShamWow’s Don’t Impress – Turns out these "miracle" towels didn't impress Consumer Reports. Watch this video to see their tests.
- Another AMAZING XBOX 360 demo of Milo – ARE…. YOU….KIDDING!?!? Ben Rush turned me on to this demo of the new XBOX 360 software/hardware combo. You have to see this to believe it.

Internet Finds for May 12th to May 13th
May 13th
Cool things I found on the internet for May 12th through May 13th:
- Magic Jack apparently works. – Professed Geek Chris Pirillo recently tested the hot infomercial item, the Magic Jack. They promise cheap phone calls for life. It apparently works very well. May be a great alternative to having a skype phone or a landline phone.
- Scribble Maps – Draw on google maps with scribblings and more! – Have you ever wanted to send someone a map of a place but need more info than just the Google version of the map? This website can help you with that. You can put drawings, text, markers and much more to help get your point across. Useful!
- NightTline: Twitter and ABC Launch a Tweetable News Show – Using Twitter as a way to interact with a live television show. Interesting concept.
- SlingPlayer Mobile For iPhone Review – IT’S OUT!!! FINALLY!!! – We waited almost seven weeks for this app to be out! Sounds like it works great but won't allow you to use it over 3G so that limits the portability of it. I don't get why Palm owners and Blackberry owners get to use it over 3G but iPhone owners can't….crap if you ask me.
- snopes.com: Urban Legends Reference Pages – Thanks to Jenny – Jenny turned me on to this site that I find pretty interesting. It is a site dedicated to debunking Urban Legends. There is some pretty cool stuff on there.
