Why I’m Considering Deleting My Facebook Account

I hate to say it, but Facebook may be a thing of the past for me.
If I really think about the amount of time I interact on Facebook, it is minimal. I mostly use it to watch old friends’ lives unfold and to see what pictures of me are out there. Recently I’ve used it more for DJ’ing which is a great way to put up videos and interact with possible clients but we’re getting more views on YouTube and our main website than on Facebook. So that isn’t really an argument to keep it.

Cool things I found on the internet for October 2nd through October 8th:
- The Prediction Trick – I know there has to be an explanation for this but I'm too busy being astounded about it.
- Apple releases iPhone software 3.1.2 – Make sure you go update your phone!
- Sony Getting Closer to TVs With No Cables Whatsoever – Three words, Wireless, Power, Transfer! That's what I'm talking about. We're getting closer to being able to mount an LCD on the wall without having all the ugly wires hanging down from it or having to do the work to get them through the wall.
- An electric car I wouldn’t mind driving – This is the Tesla Roadster. I can safely say that it is the first electric car I wouldn't mind driving. How beautiful is this?
- U2 prep seen from the sky -> cool pictures – Pretty cool images taken from a helicopter on the day of the U2 concert here. You can get an idea of how MASSIVE the stage was and how far it backed up the traffic down 64.

- 2014 Winter Olympic Stadium Seems Designed By Insectoid Aliens – Check out what the Olympic stadium will look like. Creepy.
- Next Generation Wii Coming With HD Graphics and New Controller in 2011 – Uh oh…Just as I was thinking about picking up one of the cheaper $200 Wii's the news of the next best thing comes out. Crap… now what?
- The Crisis of Credit Visualized – Great video that spells it out for us. – I have heard the economic panic coming from various sources. I've honestly never really understood it though. This video really helped me to see exactly why we're in the situation we are.
- vNES -> Play Retro Nintendo Games for Free Online! – Super Mario Brothers, Ninja Turtles, Donkey Kong…Sweet!!!
