Top 29 Songs of 2009
Dec 22nd
A part of my life that really lives in the shadows is something I used to do in college. During my first year at UVA I had a bit of cash left over from selling my first car and decided to put that towards starting up as a DJ. I played for a good number of parties, UVA organizations, the UVA football team and even a wedding. The time came though to sell all of that and put the focus back on school. Now though, I want back in!
Thanks to a push from Jenny and my friends, I’m now officially a DJ again. To celebrate, I made this mix of my top 29 songs from 2009. More >

DJ Hero for Wii Unboxing, Demo and Review
Oct 28th
I’ve been incredibly excited to tear into DJ Hero, the same company that is responsible for Guitar Hero. Today I received my game in the mail and opened it up for everyone to see then began putting it through the paces. The result? This is a fantastic game! It may take a little more coordination and concentration than Guitar Hero but the result is an entire game full of club bangers and party pumpers that will keep you entertained for a LONG time. I put together a little review/demo/unboxing for you here: More >

How to Backup All of Your “Stuff”, the Right Way
Sep 17th
I’m going to take you on a journey through my paranoia about losing all of the precious “stuff’ I have accumulated through my years of computer use. All of this stems from a massive hard drive failure I had in college when I lost every single one of my pictures and music files that I’ve had since I started using a computer. It took months and many different trips to various computer shops to recover just a fraction of the data I lost and ended up costing me lots more than a backup solution would have. Why is it that we never learn the cardinal rule of computing until it’s too late? BACK UP YOUR STUFF!!
First, let me give you a picture of how I store my information and where I store it. More >
