Calorie Count – This service provided by About.com starts getting more towards what I was looking for. There’s a way to track your nutritional intake, activities performed, body stats (weight, BMI, etc) and analyze all of it. calorie countThey provide a somewhat large collection of workouts to perform at the gym and cardio routines to keep up. There is a community aspect to the site as well but there isn’t much interaction aside from a forum where you can exchange info and ask questions. To make a great fitness site, you really need to have people encouraging others directly. It is clear that the main focus of the site is to keep track of your nutrition intake and count calories (who woulda known from a name like “Calorie Count”!?). I liked the way the site was laid out and it certainly was easy to use. If you are struggling to keep a good diet and don’t know how to shake the slump your in of the standard meals, this is a great site for you. I do think the graphic interface could be easier on the eyes and that there could be more from the workout side of the site so I’m ranking this one number 2 out of the 5.

Come back tomorrow when I reveal my top online fitness site!
